Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shipping is available worldwide. However, shipping rates have become expensive and difficult to predict changes to costs. So, I have created specific shipping profiles for different countries, which might seem expensive, but once shipping labels are purchased I reimburse any over-charge to your credit card used. If the cost of shipping is more than I have charged, I will contact the buyer directly and we will discuss options.

If you have any further questions regarding shipping, please use the “Contact Me” tab to reach out.

Local Pickup Information

Forest Floor Studios offers local pickup in Eugene, Oregon at the Eugene Backyard Farmer on 5th st & Washington downtown. Once the order is placed, you will have the option at checkout for shipping or local pickup. Once the order has been dropped off and is ready for pickup, you will have 14 days to pick up your order or to get in touch with me, or your order will be returned and charged 50% of your order as a re-shelving fee. The remaining 50% will be reimbursed to your original payment method.

If you happen to make the mistake of choosing the local pickup instead of shipping, we will be in touch to arrange payment for the cost of shipping. If you no longer wish to complete your order by paying the additional shipping, we will reimburse your original payment method by 50% of the orders cost. Re-shelving fee is 50% of the total order cost.

How can I get one of your mugs?

My ceramic mushroom mugs each take anywhere from 4-15 hours each to make. Due to the slow process of ceramics, that’s 4+ hours spread over days, week and months. This means that there are only so many that I can make per month and that become available to sell. They range in price, are 100% uniquely hand sculpted to be fine works of art. This makes the price point higher than any mug you will find at a mass supply chain. No, I do not offer discounts on mugs.
My advice for getting a mug is to join my Patreon page, and become a member to get “first dibs” on pottery drops, Click Here to go to my Patreon page. You can also sign up for emails and follow me on Instagram where I update my followers concerning shop updates and new arrivals. Mugs tend to sell quite fast, so I recommend setting an alarm and getting the website loaded ahead of time to be prepared for a speedy checkout.
